We had an exterior pipe burst over NYE while out of town, and returned to our crawl space filled with ~18+ inches of water. Matt and the team did an excellent job of removing the water as well as the mold that spawned as a result. Amazingly, the initial team came over after 5pm the same day we called with our SOS. The team was professional, clean and overall great to work with. Linnea in the office was also kind and easy to work with. I rarely write reviews for businesses these days, but I feel compelled to let everyone know that if they are unfortunate enough to have water damage, Rainbow is the company to call. Matt came out immediately, determined what needed to be done and put the plan in place. Matt constantly called with progress reports, updates, and what was next. He always called back timely. He came by regularly to check on the progress personally. It was a long, laborious process, but he followed it from the first demolition to the last brush of paint. We have had a strong odor for weeks now and called Rainbow International of Reno-Sparks. They had a crew near our home and they arrived at our door within an hour. The team of Jake and Beto did a really thorough inspection of our crawl space where it seemed the odor originated and also the attic to ensure the vents were all open and clear. The team was very professional, courteous and cleaned up after their inspection. Their inspection and findings eased our fears that we had a serious problem and we were very appreciative of their work and information.
