Their team is knowledgeable, quick to respond, and supports our organization with technical implementation, updates, large projects and builds, and on the spot resolutions for any IT situation that arises. ProTechnical's staff is knowledgeable, professional, and very competent. They did an awesome job of responding to large influx of work at home requests and worked hard to get us setup to work remotely. I am glad they are handling our IT issues!
