I agree with most of the negative comments regarding the office staff. I saw a competent doctor at the Keystone location. However, the office staff, on the phone have been rude, short and unhelpful since the beginning. The day I arrived, several of the standard testing machines were down. I had the same test three times! They finally had to "restart" the machine and the test was successful. It has been a month and I am still waiting to hear from the doctor regarding a review of information. I recommend going elsewhere if you need an eye exam.

12.18.23: Normally I go to the Keystone location. However, the doctor there had a family emergency and cancelled my appointment and referred me to another location that accepts my insurance. I called on Friday to explain my situation and asked if there was a cancellation list, which there was and the receptionist happened to have an available eye exam appointment for today. Because I have not been to this location before, I decided to arrive 15 minutes early in case I needed to fill out paperwork. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and checked in for my appointment and filled out necessary paperwork. They were very prompt and called me back even a couple minutes prior to my scheduled time. The optician assistant was super nice and performed her job with great care and explained everything she was doing, i.e.: air puff and eye measurements. Dr. Moerdick was a pleasure meeting and was able to pull up my last visit from the other location. He has a really positive attitude and very thorough with questions regarding my eye care, history, concerns, etc. The actual eye exam itself was great and done with care and he explained everything he was doing, including the dilation process. Overall, I was really pleased with how smooth the entire process went from setting up the appointment to the eye exam itself.
