I'm new to Reno and the team helped me get my sweet cat Pippin in the next day to get his Stomatitis looked at and get some antibiotics and pain meds and recommend a course of tooth extraction. I appreciate the team here.

My dog and I had a great experience. I was able to call and get her treated right away for a swollen paw. They did a full exam and prescribed the antibiotic medicine she needed. The staff was nice and friendly and cared. They gave her a full exam and were transparent on the pricing. She was fully treated by the doctor in under an hour and the same day!

I was reluctant at first because of some of the reviews I read, But by the time I left, I realized that I was getting above average care for my dog. My dog Sierra was bitten badly by a German Shepherd, I was also bitten, but went to the ER before I knew Sierra needed help. My vet was not available till later in the afternoon. When I called, Northwest veterinary clinic, the very professional staff person asked me to hold so she could explain the situation to the doctor. She said the doctor felt it was important to bring my dog in right away for proper care. She had severe wounds on her body and her leg.
