They refinished about 1,000 square feet of medium distressed walnut flooring for us. About 700 square feet required hand scraping and sanding. It had severely faded in areas not covered by area rugs. The result was excellent -- uniform color across the entire floor, no scratches or scraping or sanding marks. It looked like walnut furniture, right out of the showroom. In addition, they started and finished exactly when promised, working around the schedule of our painter. Their receptionist/administrator, Emma, was friendly, helpful, and arranged for answers to all our questions. Each of the three work crew supervisors -- Abraham, Benjamin and Alberto -- were friendly, hard-working and committed to the quality of their work, and this was a tough job. Plenty of places they could have cut corners, but they didn't. And considering the amount of labor and materials involved, it was a very fair price. I couldn't be happier with the result.
