Let me tell you something about Kim! She's the type of girl who breaks her toe and gets a finer ass! Who does that? Most of us are all like, "yeah my toe broke. I should avoid doing anything until it heals" (lame) Not Kim! I feel like every time I spell her name it should have an exclamation point. Because she is THE best "do it like you mean it" Pilates teacher. Master instructor of the body. Fixed my crooked neck. Honestly hands down the best fitness lessons of my life. My best decision was seeing her twice a week. Now, with cardio in between workouts I can stay slim all year long. Praise

I worked with Kim individually for about 5 months last fall and winter to rehab some old injuries and learn about pilates. She could immediately see some of my problem postural and movement habits and went to work on correcting them in the first session. I learned what proper alignment feels like in my body and how to engage my belly, booty and back to keep my spine and joints safe. This has been invaluable for my yoga practice, well, and for my life! I was always reaching without setting a proper foundation under myself first. In my opinion, it is well worth doing individual sessions with Kim to really get your foundation strong and learn the benefits pilates has to offer. She also uses some very fun prompts that will make you grin, while getting you to activate the right muscles!
