I can't express enough how thankful I am for the whole staff at Klaich!! Both of my pets have complex chronic medical issues and Dr. Nichols has always been so knowledgeable, compassionate, professional, and generally all-around amazing. The front desk staff is such an awesome and friendly group and the pharmacy team is so quick at filling prescriptions and letting you know when they're ready. It's so amazing when a vet office truly cares about the animals they're taking care of and takes the time to really listen to pet owners and handle pets with care and compassion. Truly the best vet ever :)

I always feel taken care of when I come here. Great staff and Dr. Catterson is kind, knowledgeable, and most importantly effective. She has saved us from multiple scary moments and guided is thoughtfully through the harder ones. There is no doubt my cat's life would not be as long and comfortable without her. I truly appreciate this place.

The staff was super supportive during a sad time in two of our animal's lives. Very respectful and caring. Even though we were not from Reno, they treated us and our animals as if we had been customers/patients/clients of many years.Thank you.
