A variety of tests did not give us the best news ever, but Dr. Roberts was both professional and personable in delivering it. She presented all the facts and options without pressuring or guilting. When asked what she would do for her pet in this situation she was honest and ultimately supportive of my decision for comfort care.
The front desk staff were also empathetic to the situation, but I really have to say that, based on previous experiences with the medical staff here, these five stars are for Dr. Roberts more than the clinic itself.

Dr Lopez is by far my most favorite vet ever! She is extremely knowledgable and explains things in a way that are easy to understand. She has a tremendous amount of compassion for animals. She has been taking care of my chihuahuas for over 9 years! We are so impressed by her. The entire office is very friendly and work well together for the patients and their humans. Thank you, Kings Row Pet Hospital!!!

I have been coming to this clinic since we moved to Reno in 2000, and my experience has always been positive. The Drs and staff have always been courteous and empathetic. Definitely recommend this clinic to all loving pet parents.
