Date of appointment: August 28th, 2020I usually take my dog to another location, bu they were booked, this location was recommended by several friends so i decided to try it out. I called wanting to book an appointment for my chihuahua, and they had really good availability, i was able to get my dog an appointment for that same week! The receptionist who answered was nice. Actual day of the appointment:Due to the current situation, you have to call or text to check in. This is where i got a bit frustrated. I waited outside in my car for over 30mins from the time i checked in. Someone walked out and i asked them when i would be seen, and he was kind and told me he would check on that for me. At this point i was flustered, it was so hot outside and my dog was panting due to the heat. But i decided not to knock off a star because the staff were all super nice.The Vet Tech was so friendly and she treated my dog with care. My dog was attended my Dr. Andrus and he was super nice as well. He explained what was going on and provided me with care instructions. A couple days later he even gave me a call to check how my dog was doing, which i really appreciated. The service really compensated for the wait time. Im even considering making this location my go-to!Super happy i decided to come here.

I recommend Fairgrounds and Dr Johnson. They are busy for good reason. They are through, thoughtful and have taken very good care of my pets. They give me peace of mind caring for my beloved Yorkie and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

When I called to inquire about getting my cat fixed the lady who answered the phone was not a people person that's for sure. She wasnt helpful at all every question I asked her she wasn't sure of the answer and had to put me on hold everytime to figure out the answer. A phone call that should have taken 5 mins or less turned into 22 mins. Not professional.
