“So glad to have found these guys on Yelp! They do live up to the great reviews they've gotten. Customer service is superb. They are honest and professional. My laptop overheated and bloated my battery. After going to a well known competitor, the competitor was making referrals out to other repair shops, even before examining what the problem could possibly be. I replaced the battery myself, but found that the laptop was still overheating. Brought the "old girl" over to Top Speed and found out the next day that the motherboard was fried. Boo Hoo, have to have a wake and bury the old girl. But before doing so, I will take her back someday when I get a replacement and have my hard drive copied over to a newer model. Top Speed rocks when it comes to pricing, customer service, and communication! I will be back!“
