This studio is absolutely incredible. I have several autoimmune diseases that affect my ability to consistently perform in group classes but they are able to tailor things to my needs each day I come in. There are all different levels so it never feels intimidating and everyone is very welcoming.Even better, I was going to cancel this morning due to pain but it was too late so I showed up anyway, and Cheryl was so kind and accommodating. She spent the entire time stretching my poor aching body including rolling out my feet. I loved getting to know her more and I felt absolutely amazing after.Worth every penny. Do yourself a favor and SIGN UP. :)

Been to a few of the pilates/lagree classes now and i absolutely love coming here! The gym is very clean. Staff are so friendly! The classes i attend are with Aime. She is a wonderful teacher, very hands on and really helps you to get the moves or modify to meet your needs/abilities. They are definitely hard classes but you come out feeling super proud of yourself at the end. You can either get a membership through the gym or sign up for the classes via classpass. Overall, I really enjoy the classes, feel like i am making progress already and will definitely keep coming back!

I love this gym! I started off with reformer pilates (which feels amazing and anyone can do) and now my favorite classes are strength based. It’s a very supportive environment for women who want to use free weights but aren’t sure where to start. Class sizes are small and you get help with form and technique. All the instructors are fantastic- motivating and knowledgable. They also offer personal training sessions but I haven’t tried these myself. It really feels like people get to know each other here and become like family. Some folks have been coming for a decade! There’s a wide range of ages, and modifications are always offered if you have an injury or restriction.... read full review
