Stylist: It was very quick . I checked in online and i thought it would be a about 30-45 minutes. But instead it was only 1 peron ahead of . I was gonna go outside to wait. But I changed my mind. And I was called 5 minutes later. My stylist was very good. I liked how she asked me how many inches Ii wanted to cut. She did a great job.

I stopped by 15 minutes before closing and Brittnie not only welcomed me in, but gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had! In fact, I’ll be flying back to Reno to get my next haircut in 6 to 8 weeks! Also, It was the best retail experience I’ve had since before 2020, and will gladly get on a flight to get outstanding customer service! It was close to closing time, and I would have understood if it was too late, but Brittnie did not hesitate to welcome me, and that meant a lot! The positive vibes were evident, and I will not hesitate to share my experience with family and friends!

Brittany slayed it!!! Endlessly thankful for a haircut that I don’t have to pay another shop to fix. She was quick and beyond proficient with what I wanted without needing to be guided step by step by myself.
