Goodwill Sacramento Valley & Northern Nevada is a store with a great team of employees and managers. It's a good place to work, with a positive and supportive work environment. However, some customers have had varying experiences. Some have been disappointed with the selection of items, finding that many are missing parts or have already been filtered, leaving only subpar items on the shelves. On the other hand, others have been impressed with the cleanliness and organization of the store, praising the management for setting a high standard. Overall, it's a place where customers can find clothing and other items, but the quality and selection may vary.
I mainly went there to see what I could find for men. I was disappointed with the men's selection. The men's section is rather small which surprised me. Shirts and shorts selection was rather slim. I found a couple items that fit. I think $14.99 for shorts at Goodwill is a bit too much. I found 1 good shirt that was it. There's plenty of women's and kids for sure.

It's a great place especially if your a woman that needs clothes.
Always a pleasure going thrifting at this Goodwill! Staff are always very inviting & friendly. They are always providing great deals and hookups especially on all things electronics here. I never fail to find good treasure at this location. Fair prices & great deals!
Store 206 is a very good store to work at. Great employees and great managers. You couldn't ask for a better team.I worked as an associate for Goodwill from Feb 2020 to now. I did the donor door, hard goods, soft goods, and recovery in the evening shift. I also did the janitor work of the bathrooms and did the trash.The reason I left: I took recently two female employees home as a courtesy so they wouldn't have to walk in the cold. The temperatures here dipped down to 26-32 degrees and it is a very brisk cold.
