My experience with Gabriel Hopkins Mendoza’s Tax Services and Notary was awful. He was extremely rude and unhelpful, both on the phone and in person. when trying to get in contact with him through phone, his “wife “will answer you with hostile and rude, demanding voice asking you what do you need him for and if it is worth his time and money, he will answer you fast if not, he will dismiss you by saying he is busy. Call him later. It was clear that he had no interest in assisting me at all. I disliked my experience. When I called to ask for a quote on a basic tax return, the male employee was not professional at all. I kept getting the question, "what do you want? What do you want?" Finally between his questions, I let him know I am looking to do my tax return and that I had a Roth IRA, W2 and. A student loan repayment form...finally through all the sas I was quoted 120.00
