❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️I can’t even explain how kind this office is. From the phone calls to the appointment to the visit. I first talked to Sharon. Amazing Woman. So Kind. Got there early, a little freaked out about the kitty. Had a crying fit trying to get him in. It was me just very worried. I called everyone. No one would help my poor kitty. So I was on edge. Anyway:?? Courtney helped get us into a room. What a relief. Then Shakira ( Docs Asst ) came in right away and talked very extensively about Kenya. Then Doctor Rishwan came in. I brought my cat in for an exam and for bloodwork and unfortunately she’s aggressive and the doctor could not fully assess her, they sent us home with anti anxiety medication. When we came back the doctor was able to fully examine her and draw blood. I am grateful that she took the extra steps to make sure she got fully examined. I’m glad my cat was stress free during the process. I truly appreciate their help. You guys have a lifelong client!!
My dog Luna had a Lipoma that had invaded the brachial plexus and affected her walking. We were able to get her in and see Dr. Krebs. She was able to perform the surgery and explained everything easily. Luna is doing well and I’m super grateful. The staff is amazing too.
