The VT Darby and Dr took my boxer, Remington in and tested him immediately! Treated us and him like family! In a time of what you think is crisis, they help get you calmed down, evaluate your furbaby and come up with a GREAT PLAN OF RECOVERY CARE! I took Ruby to Fairgrounds Animal Clinic for an injection of Librela, an anti inflammatory medication. We only had less than a 10 minute wait before the vet technician took Chica back for her injection. Five minutes later, the tech emerged with a happy girl and more information relating to the medication and other ways to help Ruby get back to a more active life. Excellent service from the desk personnel, and super curtious and professional care from the tech who helped us.
My dog is a leash, and fear reactive shepperd who is terrified of vet visits. Vet tech Sam and Darby always takes the time to help calm her, even doing alot of the appt outside. Not only do they take great care of libby, they go the extra mile to make her as comfortable as possible in a tough situation. They dont push high price procedures, only what is best for libby. This last visit they needed to sedate for some xrays and procedures. They took care of libby right away to limit her time at the office and Sam came over from another team to help keep libby comfortable and calm.
