I cannot say enough good things about Drs. Nicole, Stacy, and Abbe at Evolve - this kind of chiropractic care has truly impacted my quality of life physically and mentally. I was a bit scared of chiropractors because I did not have good experiences with certain manipulations or manual adjustments, and had no idea there were other approaches to care that are gentle and intuitive. I also recommend working with Kayla for SRI breathwork, which I found to be a holistic way to mind-body integration. This kind of body work has been very therapeutic, and they do a good job of explaining how your emotional and physical bodies are communicating.
