I have had several facials and the experience is so relaxing and rejuvenating. I also had a couple of electronic lifts and I could see a slight difference. Probably would have seen more if I continued the treatments. The owner/operator of this salon is simply the best at what she does hands down! I would recommend this salon and her expertise to anyone.

This clinic is well organized, efficient, with a friendly, professional staff. They explain current treatment, at home and follow up care, and supply self care items for post surgical management. It can get busy, but I view that as a good thing. Dr Kiene is kind, skillful, and thoughtful in his approach to Mohs surgery. I'm okay with a repeat cut or two, since it means he didn't just go big on the first try to save time. I must also mention Kathy, Megan, Zubeta, and one name I forgot (Melissa?). Kathy sutured a beautiful incision in my eyebrow. Megan is sweet, kind, helpful . Zubeta is a derm wound care specialist, smart, confident, with a lovely approach to teaching. Would give 5 stars except for one incident when a clinician came at my face with a needle without first warning me and an unscheduled follow up visit for a wound check that was handled unprofessionally.

I have always been very hesitant (borderline against) any sort of filler or injection because I had seen and heard so many horror stories over the years. I eventually convinced myself to be open to the idea in preparation for my upcoming wedding and was connected with Adria, who from the moment we began talking was clearly going to be my gal. Adria was thorough in her consultation, educational every step of the way, and ensured me that she works slow, steady, and keeps things looking natural; and she sure did! On the day of my appointment, we ended up putting almost a full syringe in my lips but worked slowly and checked in after the first half. Adria was thorough and explained each placement and why she was placing it where she was while explaining my anatomy. I am nearly fully healed and settled now and could not love the results any more; she did an amazing job! If you're looking for a new injector, some knowledge or even a consultation - Adria Thomas is your girl! I saw Adria at the Warren way office and the entire staff was great but she also does see patients at the South Reno office too
