NO SHOW. We made an appt. 2.5 weeks prior. They did not show up, did not call us to cancel or reschedule, did not answer their phone during the time of the appointment, and their voice mailbox is full, so we can't leave a message. Unprofessional, sloppy, incompetent, and frustrating
I made an appointment to get a chimney sweep done and scheduled my entire day around it. They no called no showed. I tried calling 3 times and it went to a voicemail box that was full and wouldn’t accept messages. Very disappointing.
