I've been going to this US Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) out-patient clinic for now some ten years. In years past I've gotten my annual flu shot here. The customer service here has always been adequate for me. None more cherished in a Veterans life than those who lighten our burdens from our military Service. High 5 stars for this VA clinic as that is exactly what I've always observed that they do. Friendliness, professionalism, empathy, patience, compassion, knowledge, attention to detail, inclusive, mercy, pleasant, caring, positive, non-judgmental, kindness, cleanliness, and camaraderie are the rules at this VA clinic.
