Because of my age and a list of mental illnesses I deal with I came to “capital hill” for assistance in 2012 they were awesome back then cause they really cared for vets and weren’t afraid to show it .since then the staff is completely different and went from the best you could ask for to what it is now.A Complete Fraud and more mental anguish for the vet that needs and ask for assistance from them.they actually try to find a way or reason to do nothing especially the front office staff.they are very self centered and condescending to vets.they love each other though and they love to spend their time talking and flirting with each other and of a vet interrupts them...read full review

Let's talk about the "Truth"Many of the councilors at the VA Center are lazy and only self serving first. They seem to know very little about Veterans benefits and put that responsibility upon the Veteran to seek his own knowledge. They look down upon many Veterans as if they are less than. One actually talked to me as if I were a dog. Few councilors are really listening and instead want to direct and control Veterans. What ever happened to help and assist?
