Body In Knead offers a variety of massage techniques, including Prenatal, Therapeutic, and Deep Tissue massage. They accept HSA cards and TriWest medical insurance with a referral from the VA. The Reno office is located in Suite N258 at the back of Kietzke Plaza, facing the freeway, and they also have a location in Sparks, NV. The massage therapists, Julie, Mercedes, and Teresa, are bilingual in English and Spanish and can adapt the massage to individual needs. Clients have praised the therapists for their dedication, smiles, and ability to make them feel comfortable. One client, Sarah Shelley, had an excellent experience, leaving feeling relaxed and well-rested. Another client, who had back and neck pain, reported that after a session with Amber, the pain was significantly reduced. The owner, Molly, has also been praised for her kindness, going so far as to bring a client Vietnamese Pho when they were sick, which brightened their day.
