Clothes weren’t ready on specified day. I was told that they just estimate delivery, no guarantees. Their “policy” doesn’t provide discounts for late delivery. Go someplace else.

Excellent dry cleaners. Even went above and beyond to get candle wax out of a chenille sweater. Didn't work the first time so they cleaned it again free of charge and got the wax out.I've had a hole stitched up in a shirt and you don't even notice.Super impressed!

I dropped off a coat on Monday, December 18th, hoping to wear it for a work event on Christmas day. Unfortunately, nothing was done. Today (December 22nd), when I went to the store to pick up my coat and my card was charged, I noticed that my coat looked just like it did before I dropped it off—no cleaning had been done. When I raised the issue with their employee during the check-out, she offered to give me a free lint roller and her manager's number to request a refund.After discussing the matter with Amy (the manager), she offered to redo the service free of charge.
