From start to finish Lauren and her crew got right to work on my case. Lauren gave me plenty of options from the start of what my case would end up looking like. She guided me through the whole process, and she pushed me to not give up even when I thought it was time to say screw it. She continuously told me to hold on, keep my chin up, and keep moving forward. I owe her a lot for taking my case personally and fighting for me. I can tell by the emails that were sent and how quick she responded to my questions that she works hard. To be honest I don't think she sleeps!
