Working with API has been great. They are very knowledgeable about their services and materials, they communicate well and they are very organized. It's been a pleasure working with the API team.

A bit of a mixed review. The finished product looked great. It has held up since having it done nearly a year ago.The couple of issued we did run into were there was a serious issue of the blame game. The "sales" and "operations" are run like 2 separate companies. Unfortunately, as a "customer" we were the ones who had to suffer this grift. Secondly, around the perimeter edges we have had loads of weeds coming through the asphalt the we had never had before.Overall, a reasonable price for a good result with few rough edges.Service: Asphalt paving & repair

#ThankfulThursday Review:This project eventually came out beautiful. Troy is likable and really knows his industry. There was a few hiccups along the way. If I had a suggestion for API it would be that if the operations manager is in charge of the job after the sale, then the operations manager should communicate directly with the customer. All of the hiccups would consist of me calling the sales person, him saying he would have to check with the ops manager, then wait for an answer. Even the scheduling is not easy.
