Unfortunately, I had to use this place 2 times in the last week. Everyone from the front desk employees to the back room employees/trauma center are amazing. Dr. Panissidi DVM is the 1st vet we saw (awesome), then Dr. Stucky DVM (wonderful) the 2nd time. Everyone there honored my requests... as my yellow lab is a rescue that was beaten when I got her. I've known Dr. Wilson for many years & he only hires the very best! When you need an emergency center... this is the one I RECOMMEND. It took almost 2wks for my dog to bark. The pricing there is extremely reasonable. God-Bless you all.

Staff was friendly, our pup got seen quickly and patched up quickly. It’s a ER, human or animal it’s gonna be expensive, pup needed stitches and was put under was 800, but got him back and is doing well.
