Wasn't happy with my experience in the office today. But as a patient of many years, I decided to call the main office. My complaints were heard, and I was assured they will be addressed. I will revisit this review after I see how things are worked out. Full disclosure, I have been a patient here for many years, and have never had a complaint prior to today's experience.
