Absolutely avoid Empire. When I moved into my house, I realized it was not cooling below 80. Called Fidelity Home Warranty and they sent out Empire. After no call no shows, and arriving way outside of the window I was told each time, Empire kept telling me the system was fine while barely inspecting anything. Called Servco and they were able to diagnose and went the extra mile, even getting into my crawl space to check the vents.Avoid Empire at all costs.Services: A/C system maintenance

Our AC unit died while Pahrump was recently experiencing a major heat wave. The problem turned out to be bigger and more involved than first anticipated, and we experienced about 3 weeks without AC service 1/2 our home.PRO TIP, just in case you’re ever too hot… we do have two units, so we set the unit worked and serves 1/2 the house a bit cooler and used fans to help circulate the air, managing to keep the 1/2 of the house served by the busted AC unit at about 82F. We also kept the blinds closed.Empire Air to the rescue! Finally!
