The front desk staff were very nice, especially on the days my a/c wasn't working! The ladies in the back: Kamari and Rosie were there supporting me on day one and my final visit. They were always friendly, genuinely concerned, competent and they treat you like a patient (not a number). The medical massage therapist had to be my favorite part of my visits. The only days I didn't have a headache after my accident were the days I spent 10 minutes on her table! Dr. Heath is truly the most knowledgeable in his field - hands down! He referred me to where I needed to go ref: pain management and getting MRIs, in a very timely manner. Dr. Heath had an informative answer... read full review
Staff is great Dr Heath is amazing, very personable and makes sure to connect and communicate effectively with clients. Shows he is very knowledgeable about his work & making sure the client knows why he does what he does ie, cracking your back, workouts and why they choose those workouts
I was in a lot of pain with no hopes of getting better but with consistent therapy with all the pain, which I had to do just because my only concern was to feel better at the end of it all. I was so motivated also because the staff were so compassionate and caring to the patients. Each time I think of the accident and my pain my mind goes to Neck and Back Dr's and their Staff.
