Marisol was SO kind and helpful. She gave me the phone number of 2 optometrist offices that might take my insurance but due to my availability I decided to stay and pay out of pocket as a walk-in. She really understands the medical system and through conversation with her, I could tell she is passionate about patient care and Latino rights. Glad I stayed bc Swedberg was THOROUGH with the contact exam. He compared my prescription with my current glasses, explained astigmatism, and was very professional. Overall, great experience and I definitely recommend this office to everyone.

Dr James Swedberg is excellent and very professional.He treated my iritis patiently .Now my eyes is clear and better.I recommend Dr.James because I saw from experience that his job is in his heart..he will give you the best service he can and he is very dedicated and very good of what he do .Also his secretary Marisol is very nice...

I needed an eye exam and currently have Medicaid. I had called 5 places and each one said they did not take my particular brand of Medicaid (Blue Cross/ Blue Shield). I called this place and spoke to Marisol. She was professional, Kind, and understanding. While they did not take my insurance she gave me the name and number to two placed that did. I wasn't a customer, but I received great customer service. When my insurance changes, and if they take it, I will come here for my exams and eye glasses purchases. Thank you Marisol.
