Andrew , Aaron and Jason were awesome! Had to have my water service line replaced i knew was going to be something I couldn't do myself. They were very honest and professional. Not to mention fast! I would use again if I had to and not think twice. Also shout out to the guys who dug out the trench in the heat were fast!
EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
so i noticed my kitchen faucet leaking at the base pretty aggressively. i tried to resolve it on my own but didn't have the right allen key and i didn't want to risk messing anything up any further.
so i called NPA on a sunday afternoon, 1:03PM to be exact. Jason picked up the phone and i explained the problem, he said he'd have a tech nearby call me back. at 1:08PM andrew called me back and asked how urgent it was for me, and i said i'd like to get it done today (reminder- it's sunday).
andrew was at my house 10 minutes later at 1:18 (15 minutes after my initial call) and fixed my leaky faucet. he showed me what the problem...read full review
