I have been using Mountain Pines Landscaping since 2016, when I converted to desert landscaping. Mike came out, measured my front yard and, based on his actual measurement, gave me a quote. His quote was almost half of other contractors who didn't even come out and inspect the area to be landscaped. The work was done and the yard looked better than I could have imagined. Mike stands behind all of his work and even replaced two plants that did not survive the cold winter, without any question. When my water line burst and the front yard had to be dug up for repair, Mike was right there to send one of his guys to reset the the front walk (pavers) a few days after I called him. I consider him to be not only an employee but a true friend. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to have quality work to be done at a reasonable price, while receiving the best possible results.

Service started out good, but we had a little issue with our account and was kicked off of service without any notice. I would try to call the office and would get a VM Saying that they are screening their calls and to leave a message. Left at least 6 messages for Mike to please call me back or for someone in the office to call me back and I have yet to get a call back. I was hoping to continue service, but I guess when customers have small issues that can easily be resolved with a phone call, they don't want your service anymore. Went with another lawn company that answers their business phone and finally got my yard cleaned!

I needed my irrigation line unplugged after a repair caused dirt to get in. A crew was in the area, so 4 employees showed up within 20 mins. They had it done in 45 mins. I was pleased with not having to wait or make an appointment, just got on with my day. It cost 150.00 for the 1 at hour.
