This company and our guy Craig have been 100% since day 1! Only see dead bugs when we do see them and never have we seen any inside (Thank the Good Lord above)! We have been with them for three years (2 moves) now and been excellent to work with!
T.J. always lets me know when he’s coming, and shows up on time letting me know he has arrived. He is super professional and friendly. He asks if there’s any concerns I have before he gets started. I would rate him a 10 if your stars went that high.
Jeff is fantastic! My initial experience with him was at my daughter and son in laws home where he took care of a pesky issue with overwatered houseplants. Not only is he knowledgeable and polite but will relay solutions in layman’s vocabulary-very impressed.
