FIRST TIME HERE:
They were super thorough and transparent about the whole process through the billing and what exactly they were going to do on my mom. The employer there named Ashley even took some time with me to go over the billing and to explain certain things about what my mom needed to be done. Very grateful for her because I’m new to all of this stuff. But just the fact that she was patient with all my questions and was willing to explain was a HUGE blessing!
Overall, had a blessed experience and grateful that this is my moms dentist :)
It's fine. Kinda meh, but I got what I needed done, a deep cleaning which was the usual experience..the front desk people must be bored because they sure like talking about their customers... EHEMMM—Are my medical issues and prescriptions really any of your business? Talk about HIPPA Violations. At least the dentist got my plaque out so yippee.
Dr Dang is a perfectionist. I have been going here for five years and love it. His dental technicians are very well trained. And the front office staff are very friendly and helpful.
