HAL responded to my call very quickly. The service person, Chad, was very friendly and figured out the problem and found a way to reduce the cost of replacing the compressor. Very professional with reasonable cost.

This morning, Chad came out to our home to check our AC units. Found out that we needed a new capacitor. He showed me scientifically that it in fact needed to be changed. After hearing an awful screeching sound coming from our AC we called Hal Mechanical to come check it out. Within an hour Noah was at the door. He was able to diagnose and rectify the problem in a matter of hours. He was polite and knowledgeable. What could of been a nightmare situation turned out to be as easy as making one phone call.
