“I recently decided to get my floors done, so I made a few calls to get my floors measured and get some pricing. However, anyone that came out to measure would not give me a price they kept asking me what my budget was. When they finally gave me a price and I said it was too high they said they could work with me. So if I didn’t think it was high I would have just paid the higher price! Sketchy!!!
Well that’s where ACME FLOORZ comes in, we found them online and decided to go check them out. We met Trischa, she is the best. This was all new to me I had no idea what I wanted and was very overwhelmed when looking to see what I liked. Trischa was so patient she brought out sample after sample and I could say what I did or didn’t like about it. When I found something I liked I took it home for a few days and put it around the house. I loved it! I also picked out a tile for my bathrooms with the same process. We set up dates to have them installed. What I thought was going to be weeks and weeks (due to a friend’s poor experience with another flooring company) but it was literally a few days if even that. I had 2 different crews for the installs of both flooring. They were both incredible. The kindness, attention to detail, customer service, mindfulness of care to my home and quality of work have exceeded my expectations. My floors are absolutely beautiful I wake up everyday and smile when I look at them!
On a side note…be prepared to have a friend for life. Trischa is amazing! Some people would say what Trischa does is simply customer service. I disagree, I repeatedly watched her in person and on the phone go out of her way to help people in a way a neighbor or a long time friend would. I am thankful to be able to call her my new friend and look forward to working with her and everyone else on another home project!“

The installation process was efficient and well-organized. They arrived on time and completed the job within the estimated timeframe.
