I have been here before and I liked the service, but the last few times it hasn't been good customer service. I was here yesterday and requested a gel manicure with a design, I showed them the picture and they said they could do it, when we were mid way through, the lady said she couldn't do the design because she couldn't find a gold color. I really wanted the design so I said I'll go somewhere else if you can do the design. I was upset because they still charged me $35 and on my thumb they only did one layer of nail polish so it looks very undone. I'm very disappointed with this place, and I used to like it a lot. I guess it depends on who do you get. The lady yesterday was an older lady with black hair, perhaps the owner's wife? Or manager.

This was my first time going here and also my last. My nails look horrible, she cut them down all uneven. She didn't bother to shape my nails either. I asked several times and she said at the end, anyone knows you shape and buff before you polish. No cleaning cuticles, no hand massage with lotion, no nothing. My nails look really lumpy, they actually looked better before I came in.

BEWARE! The first time I went they were so sweet and attentive, gave you all the works to make you feel comfortable. Unfortunately the service and quality has declined overtime significantly. My most recent visit I asked what the wait time was for a pedicure and I was falsely sold it would be immediate service. A LIE! ? I sat in cold water for over 30 min! Then it gets worse the, I was read to buy the top tier pedi until this happened. The nail tech was unprofessional and unsanitary. She didn’t even clean under my nails.
