Today we had a Belfor representative - Joseph, we called the company because we suspected a leak in the shower. We had this problem before and we were very pleased with the professionalism with which Joseph did his job and how patiently he answered all our questions and concerns.
I’ve had the bad luck of being involved in 5 water leak events at my home and my in laws condo. But I’ve had the GOOD luck of having connected with Belfor for these mitigation and construction events. From a small event to a leak affecting my entire downstairs requiring moving out of our home, the Belfor team has provided a solid team of remediation techs, back office personnel / schedulers, and also construction people. They’ve always had plenty of fans, air scrubbers, and dehumidifiers for any size job. And if I needed clarification on the repair strategy, air quality testing, etc I received timely replies. I highly recommend this company.
Both Felix and Joseph, are the most wonderful gentleman ever your company is very lucky to have them, they have a very warm heart they take care of what needs to be done immediately. Immediately they touch my heart they feel like family members, and their work is excellent!!!!
