Highly recommend this business! I had an issue with my ac unit, it was on but not cooling my house. A friend recommended A/C Vets Healing & Cooling. Scheduling was easy and they had availability right away. Luis came by to take a look at my ac unit. He was extremely professional, courteous, and the communication with him and his team with thorough and prompt. He took a look at my unit and then explained to me what the options were. Instead of recommending the more expensive option, he said the problem may remedy itself with a few changes, which it did! SUPER IMPRESSED by his honesty and professionalism! I read many reviews of other companies taking advantage of their customers, and Luis recommended what was in my best interest. He also explained to me how I could prevent further issues from happening by simple maintenance steps I could do on my own. Luis even took the time to follow up a few days later to see if my ac unit was still working properly. I am beyond impressed!!HIGHLY recommend choosing this company, you will not be disappointed! I am definitely recommending them to any friends any family who need ac work done!!

I had a new HVAC installed by mighty oak. (I paid mighty oak for a new HVAC and air duct repair) on day one my house was not heating properly the owner of mighty oak who installed my new unit refused my request to come back and check the air ducts which was recommended by the manufacturer....I called A/C Vets and Luis came and spoke with the manufacturer who recommended checking the air ducts for a leak. Once the duct was repaired my Home heating issue was resolved. I would definitely recommend using A/C Vets for any future heating or air conditioner needs. FYI the problem was a 10x5 inch hole in the main air duct going into my home.
