They do nothing but rape you of money and we are going to have to put our cat to sleep because they did not act in a timely manner. “Come back in a week” but they can’t get you in for a month unless it’s “emergency” and an extra charge. Eff this place and everyone who works here. I will not take any animal here or refer anyone here either.
We brought our first Aussie, Princess, to you 28 years ago. When the family decided to get another furbaby we knew where to go. Excellent vet and very close to my place of employment - just in case. Thank you for a great first puppy visit for our sweet and handsome Charlie.
As someone who was once a Customer Service Manager at another local veterinary hospital, I feel compelled to say how appalled I was by the lack of communication by the staff at CVVH. All that was needed was someone to keep us informed of how much longer we would be waiting and to reassure us that the lights weren’t going to be shut off with us locked in as it was closing time. COMMUNICATION...... it’s easy really.
