We unfortunately had to switch to a new firm. We like to sit and see our accountant, but they've gone to all drop off and pick up when ready. We don't need a visit each time just the first time. I wish they had the help or they would make time for their clients. It's really quite unfortunate.

Awful experience! I have a simple tax return and got called over and over again from different people to ask me the same question. Not only did they still not get it right, but they filed my taxes late and I got charged a penalty. Not to mention they still wanted to charge me a premium rate for messing everything up. Never again.

BEWARE!! DO NOT USE THEM!!! Less than one star! They have had all our tax documents and have done nothing with it, never even filed extensions or anything and the OWNER could care less!! It’s been almost 8 months!! Like HOW are they still in business?!!
