Dave is so great to work with. I am a property manager and I have utilized him on several different jobs at different homes and he has always come through efficiently. He's on time, communicates well, is thorough and does a fantastic job. He sends me pictures and explanations of his work. He works in Minden but comes up to Stateline/Zephyr area as well.
