I had an emergency with my broken glasses late in the afternoon, and Herandy Mejia, the Licensed Optician at Walmart in Mesquite, Nevada, went above and beyond to help me. Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but she also took the time to carefully repair my glasses when I thought they were beyond saving. She was friendly, patient, and truly cared about making sure I left satisfied. I am so grateful for her dedication and expertise. Miss Joyci Johnson was incredibly professional and kind throughout my visit. She took the time to carefully fix my glasses and made sure everything fit perfectly before I left. Her attention to detail and friendly attitude really stood out. Jayci is what I expect but seldom get, when it comes to customer service. She was instantly helpful, smiling, made me feel she was happy I stopped in, can you believe it? She knew her stuff, put on gloves, and in about a minute she fixed my broken glasses, which I’ve been wearing for a couple of weeks because I was dreading driving to my eye doctor office in Las Vegas. Guess who’s not going to Las Vegas anymore? Thank you Walmart vision center for hiring such a great optician and Thank You Jayci for your service, at no charge!!! Again, unheard of. FIVE SHINY STARS! ⭐️
