“Unfortunately I can't review their grooming skills, but I can give a positive note that they require vaccination records, and will call around to see if your pet has been to the local veterinary clinics (ours was recently adopted so we weren't sure who did the original vaccines). While disappointed that we didn't get the grooming we needed, it is nice to know that when we do get the records and take our pup back, that she'll be in a safe place without much risk of being exposed to illnesses.
The ladies running the place seemed genuinely kind to the animals and were very kind to not charge us for the missed appointment. So, I'd recommend them, you bet I would!“
