Mesquite is so very lucky to have Michael Roos as a Dermatologist.PA-C Michael Roos was able to diagnose underlying causes to my wife’s skin condition as elevated stress that contributed to her extreme skin irritation, not needing prescription creams or pills!We highly recommend Michael, and are thankful for his consultation!

I walked in to my appointment early, to check in, etc. I was seen before my appointment time. Nick was very professional and knew his stuff. He put me at ease immediately, addressed my primary concern. Did a melanoma check and was thorough. I was extremely impressed by him as well as the efficiency and friendliness of the entire clinic.
