We had less than 24 hours to get 11 panels of drapes pressed. I knew I was asking for a lot when I walked through their door. Without hesitating, they said they’d find a way to get it done for me. Though they said they’d be ready by 4pm the next day, they offered to call me as soon as they were done. AND THEY DID!! I got a call - after they were closed - and they let me come pick up my drapes the same day. I’m blown away by the service and the quality. The service is outstanding and I just really enjoyed their services until today - 9-14-21.I have been using this establishment for about a year or more. The prices are higher than our previous cleaner in Spokane by about 30% whichI could have lived with until today.The owner has instituted a "pre- pay" !In my book Pre-pay is ONLY acceptable at gas stations, period.So it's unfortunate that there is no other dry cleaning available at this point in Mesquite so I guess I just won't be using their service anymore. By the way a few shorts, few t-shirts, a couple of blouses plus a light weight comforter cost over $90.00, that is way out of line.If the citizens of Mesquite boycott...read full review

William and Aurelia are awesome. I really appreciate they're service and friendliness. They do a great job on my shirts. And the comment below about the person answering the phone is uncalled for and pretty bigoted. She speaks English just fine. Thanks for your service Aurelia!
