Zen Cleaners is a quick, dependable, trustworthy, and cheap dry cleaners. Many customers consider it the best in the state of Nevada. The kind woman working in the front is always wonderful, greets people nicely, and is always willing to help. She assists with carrying clothes and works with schedules and deadlines, even during garment emergencies. The business completes, fulfills, and returns items clean and beautiful. Prices are really fair and cheap, though maybe a few dollars more than others. Customers report years of excellent service, leaving happy and never having a problem. Many will never go to another dry cleaner again.
They destroyed wool-filed comforter and not return money for it.
We talked to the owner and she refused return money for the broken comforter. We lost $200 with them. They return just a service fee because that a credit card payment.
Was going to give them a shot but I tried calling first, they DONT answer their phone...not sure why they have one if they don't answer it. There went their opportunity to get my business....
Don't go to Zen. I had 2 pairs of pants hemmed here. Zen lost the pair I gave them which means I had to buy a new suit. The pair Zen returned to me were a different brand and way to big. They haven't reimbursed me nor have they even been apologetic.
