“My first time doing a colon cleanse, and I’ve never felt more welcomed and comfortable. Seashell was super kind, sweet and made me feel just at home. Her office is small but so cozy I want to hang in there all day lol she explained the whole process and ensured I was feeling ok the whole time. I had some chills and cramps which is normal and as soon as we were done it went away! I was exhausted afterwards and went to bed at 7pm my appt was at 4pm. I’ll be scheduling monthly absolutely feel amazing today. I feel light! My insides feel happy! And no more bloating! Can’t wait to go again! This is the place you want to go! My new home!“

He welcomed me and showed me all the equipment they had and what to choose for each class type that Yoga Six offered. It was really helpful!Fresca was working the front desk when I arrived and she was so welcoming and friendly. The studio is super clean and I LOVED the floor in the yoga room. It felt non-slip and had a nice cushion to it. The lavender towel at the end was a really nice touch. I’ll be back for sure!“

“I have a very busy schedule and trying to meet my appointments was always very difficult. Chiro Yoga was understanding of that and has always worked with whatever availability I have. “It's very hard to find a studio that facilitates so many things in a space this size. The pay what you can method is really great especially when you don't want to miss a week due to financial issues to stay up on your mental health. There's such a variety as well! Jazz! and Burlesque has even been added to the roster! Making it an adventure every time you go to class too. It's located within an art gallery which is so amazing for our Vegas artists. Also a message board for upcoming events! Blue Sky Yoga is a great spot.“

“Love Club Pilates! Exactly what I was looking for and I especially like that affiliated studios can be found in many states! Centennial Studio is clean, comfortable and the instructors are knowledgeable and easy to follow. I especially like the attendants at the counter they are very kind and helpful with setting up new clients. Thank you all. I'm obsessed!“

I am hooked on Pilates now and cringe at the thought of a crowded gym filled with …God Knows who, watching you work out. The fight or flight response can rest at CP!“

“Love this place. It's clean, customer service is A1. The flexible app is clutch. With working long hours you can't miss any classes. The schedules are non stop with unlimited access. Dakota at the front desk is a doll. My favorite part about this gym is that it's ab actual gym. There are Trx straps that are accessible, and full weight sets.“
