“I just got new windows installed and I couldn’t be happier. The estimated time for install could take up to 12 weeks. However everything was done and installed in just under 6 weeks. Any minor imperfection on glass have been addressed and new panes ordered. My sales rep James presented an honest quote the first time around, unlike other companies. “Back in November my father reached out to Renewal by Anderson to get a quote on installing a sliding glass door. The salesman Peter was very nice and knowledgeable. My father signed a contract to have them build and install the door. It was pricey, my father passed away in December, renewal by anderson sent flowers. Peter came over to inquire because they were unable to get ahold of my dad. I informed Peter that my father had passed away and I was unable to afford the door so I couldn't proceed. Fast forward to today. My son is home from work and Peter stopped by the house. Peter informed my son that the he spoke with his managers and they decided that they are going to donate the door and install it for FREE!!! I immediately called Peter and he informed me that yes, they are dontaing the door and installing it for free. The office will reach out to me to schedule a day.
