Over the last 10 years I must have gone to 15-20 different clinics, never committing to one because I was either unhappy with my dog's care, or it was too expensive or the vet was hard to communicate with. I was referred to Dr Benson at West Russell Animal Clinic and I feel so lucky to have found her. Extremely competent, experienced, easy to understand and its so apparent how much she really cares for my kids and what she does. And on top of this the clinic is super affordable- from prescriptions to emergency walk-ins to follow up care. ?don't like my account hacked. Anyways good place to take dog special kennels for luxury, regulars kennel. Ether ways your furry family will be treated better then humans. Also the moments and people here have a special place in my heart. Couldn't stay to work seizures coming back suck had to quit this career. Honest to Christ if seizures never came back could have stayed and my heart would be somewhere with someone. Anyways peace.

Came here before for shots and check up, was great. But putting our baby girl down... the team did an amazing job. The room is very comfortable where they do it. The workers were very sweet and caring. As bad as the occasion, the experience was top notch. Thank you all.
