I am a second-time customer at this specific location. Both times I required service on my personal Dell laptop; great turn-around time, totally affordable, and all my needs were met.This most recent visit, I had the privilege... nay! ...the HONOR of witnessing the professionalism and customer service skills of Zeke. I was just picking up my laptop, and was third in line to receive assistance. I watched as a (rightly) frustrated customer expressed their displeasure with miscommunication and services rendered at a DIFFERENT location. The man who runs and works this little shop is a nice guy. He fixed my daughter's computer that had completely locked up and would no boot up in just a few hours. I recommend this place.?
